Job Description Summary

As a Peebles Control Console Tech, you will provide support in areas of engine and test cell hardware / software configuration under the leadership of appropriate staff or project personnel.

Essential Responsibilities
  1. Ensure that control room display of data and safety limit annunciation is correct and in accordance with test requirements
  2. Participate in test planning efforts and support test in areas of the console, Fadec Monitoring System (FMS), Display Adjustment Panel (DAP) and Portable Data Loader (PDL) operation
  3. Maintain required test cell and engine hardware / software documentation
  4. Maintain effective communications with customers, support organizations, and team members
  5. Investigate, diagnose and correct instrumentation and system malfunctions
  6. Assist maintenance and engineering organizations in the maintenance and repair of test facilities
Qualifications/Requirements
  • Associate’s Degree in Technical Discipline from an accredited school or institution (or High School Diploma / GED with a minimum of 2 years experience in manufacturing or equivalent quality training)
Eligibility Requirements
  • Ability and willingness to work weekend shifts
  • Ability and willingness to work an off shift position - weekend shift / 2nd shift
  • Ability and willingness to work a reasonable expectation of overtime

This role requires access to U.S. export-controlled information.
