Job Description Summary
As a Peebles Control Console Tech, you will provide support in areas of engine and test cell hardware / software configuration under the leadership of appropriate staff or project personnel.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Ensure that control room display of data and safety limit annunciation is correct and in accordance with test requirements
  • Participate in test planning efforts and support test in areas of the console, Fadec Monitoring System (FMS), Display Adjustment Panel (DAP) and Portable Data Loader (PDL) operation
  • Maintain required test cell and engine hardware / software documentation
  • Maintain effective communications with customers, support organizations, and team members
  • Investigate, diagnose and correct instrumentation and system malfunctions
  • Assist maintenance and engineering organizations in the maintenance and repair of test facilities

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Associate’s Degree in Technical Discipline from an accredited school or institution (Or High School Diploma / GED with a minimum of 2 years experience in manufacturing or equivalent quality training)

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENT(S):

  • Ability and willingness to work weekend shifts
  • Ability and willingness to work an off shift position - weekend shift / 2nd shift
  • Ability and willingness to work a reasonable expectation of overtime
