Job summary

Maxim Healthcare is seeking an LPN/LVN for per diem or full-time assignments in Charlotte, NC. You will provide skilled nursing care on assignments following prescribed orders and document patient data.

Responsibilities include assessing patient needs, implementing plans, and monitoring changes to the patient’s condition. Valid LPN/LVN license and current TB/X-ray and BLS are required; one year of experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state in which the LPN will practice.
• Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.
• One year prior professional nursing experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
