We are hiring RNs to work with PEDs patients in their homes in the Orlando, FL area. We offer part-time/full-time, PRN, daytime, or evening opportunities with weekly pay, benefits (for those who qualify), and referral bonuses. We are urgently seeking RNs who are bilingual in Creole/English.

Responsibilities

The Registered Nurse in Home and Community-Based Services provides and directs nursing and personal care to patients in their homes, as prescribed by physicians or authorized by the state/program, in compliance with laws, regulations, and agency policies. The RN coordinates the care plan with other healthcare professionals and ensures continuity of care by sharing information with physicians, agency staff, patients, families, case managers, and community resources.

Education and Experience

Provide high-quality clinical services within scope of practice and infection control standards, following the care plan and coordinating with the care team from admission to discharge.

Complete clinical nursing assessments per federal and/or state requirements and payer specifications.

Verify patient eligibility and medical necessity for services as defined by payer and agency policies.

Develop and update individualized care plans in accordance with federal/state requirements in collaboration with community providers.

Ensure care plan frequency and duration meet patient needs and revise plans with physician approval as needed.

Experience Desired

A minimum of one year of RN experience; PEDS experience preferred.

License Requirements

Current RN license in practice state, valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, access to reliable transportation, and current CPR certification.
