We are hiring RNs to work with PEDs patients in their homes in the Orlando, FL area. We offer part-time/full-time, PRN, daytime, or evening opportunities with weekly pay, benefits (for those who qualify), and referral bonuses. We are urgently seeking Bilingual RNs in Creole/English.

Responsibilities

The Registered Nurse in Home and Community Based Services provides and directs nursing and personal care to patients in their homes, as prescribed by the physician or authorized by the state/program, complying with laws, regulations, and agency policies. The RN coordinates the care plan with other healthcare professionals, ensuring continuity of care through effective communication with physicians, agency staff, patients, families, case managers, and community resources.

Education and Experience

Provide high-quality clinical services within your scope of practice and infection control standards, following the care plan, and coordinating with the care team from admission to discharge.

Complete clinical nursing assessments per federal and state requirements and payer specifications.

Verify patient eligibility and medical necessity for services as per payer and agency policies.

Develop and update individualized care and service plans according to regulatory requirements in collaboration with community providers.

Ensure the plan’s frequency and duration meet patient needs, revising as necessary with physician approval.

Experience and License Requirements

• Minimum one year of RN experience; PEDS experience preferred.
• Current RN licensure in the practicing state.
• Valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and access to reliable transportation or public transit.
• Current CPR certification.
