Job summary

Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist in Winston-Salem, NC, seeks a Pediatric Advanced Practice Provider (PA/NP) for a full-time role in the Pediatric Nephrology Department. The position combines inpatient and outpatient duties with a Monday–Friday schedule, 8 AM–5 PM, and no night shifts or on-call requirements.

Qualifications

• Master's degree preferred for PA role
• Master's degree or higher required for NP role
• Graduation from accredited Physician Assistant program
• NC licensure required for PA/NP roles

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to pediatric nephrology patients.
• Collaborate with nephrology team to develop care plans for inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Educate patients and families about kidney disease, treatment options, and lifestyle changes.
• Coordinate care across multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Participate in procedures such as dialysis, infusion therapies, and renal ultrasound as available.
