Job summary

Children’s Specialty Group (CSG) and CHKD are seeking a fellowship-trained, board-certified or board-eligible Pediatric Infectious Diseases physician to join our team in Norfolk, Virginia. The successful candidate will provide inpatient and outpatient care for children with various infectious and communicable diseases.

You will have the opportunity to work with clinical research team in addition to teaching medical students and residents.

Qualifications

• Fellowship-trained in Pediatric Infectious Diseases.
• Board certification or board eligibility in Pediatric Infectious Diseases.

Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient and outpatient care for pediatric patients with infectious diseases.
• Collaborate with the clinical research team and teach medical students and residents.
• Engage in Infection Prevention and Antimicrobial Stewardship initiatives.
