Job summary

Children's Specialty Group (CSG) and CHKD in Norfolk, VA seek a fellowship-trained, board-certified or eligible Pediatric Infectious Diseases physician to join our team in a private practice with an academic appointment at EVMS/ODU.

The successful candidate will provide inpatient and outpatient care for children with infectious diseases, teach medical students and residents, and participate in infection prevention and antimicrobial stewardship initiatives.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Pediatric Infectious Diseases.
• Fellowship-trained in Pediatric Infectious Diseases.
• Inpatient and outpatient care experience with pediatric infectious diseases.

Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient and outpatient care for children with infectious diseases.
• Collaborate with clinical research team; teach medical students and residents.
• Participate in infection prevention initiatives and antimicrobial stewardship.
