Job summary

UCLA Health is seeking a per diem Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to support our pediatric ICU, pediatric direct observation, and pediatric hem/onc teams. The NP will need to be flexible and have the ability to rotate to multiple different pediatric specialty areas as needed.

Salary: $98.95/hourly. This opportunity offers per diem scheduling with responsibilities spanning acute pediatric care environments and collaborative patient care across departments.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in Pediatrics Acute Care NP.
• CA NP, NPF, and RN licenses required.
• National certification in Acute Care Pediatric NP required.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

Job Qualifications

• Successful completion of a Master's Degree or higher in an accredited Nurse Practitioner program with a specialty in Pediatrics , Acute Care - Required
• CA NP, NPF, and RN license - Required
• NPI#, DEA#, Enrollment in PECOS, Enrollment on CURES- required
• National Certification in Nurse Practitioner Specialty as an Acute Care Pediatric Nurse Practitioner- Required
• BLS and PALS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross - Required
• Two years acute care pediatric NP experience- required.
