Position Highlights:

1. Join a premier organization running the pediatric emergency medicine program at the hospital.
2. Regional children's hospital covering West Texas and eastern New Mexico.
3. Flexible shift schedule averaging 10-12 shifts or 120 hours per month for full-time positions.
4. Team covers a mix of days, nights, and swing shifts during the winter.
5. Annual pediatric emergency medicine patient volume of approximately 25,000.
6. Candidates with pediatric emergency medicine fellowship training will be considered.
7. Competitive hourly rates: $250 for day shifts, $285 for night shifts, plus full benefits and a $50,000 signing bonus.
