Position Highlights

• Regional children's hospital covering West Texas and eastern New Mexico.
• Flexible shift schedule averaging 10-12 shifts or 120 hours per month for full-time work.
• Team covers a mix of days, nights, and swing shifts during the winter.
• Annual pediatric emergency medicine patient volume of approximately 25,000.
• Open to peds emergency medicine fellowship-trained physicians.
• Competitive hourly rates: $250 for day shifts and $285 for night shifts, with full benefits and a $50,000 signing bonus.
