Job summary

Talented Medical Solutions is seeking a PEDS CVOR Surgical Tech with strong CVOR experience in pediatrics and trauma. The role involves on-site work with shift times from early morning to late afternoon, including weekends and holidays per department guidelines.

You will support the surgical team with sterile field setup, instrument passing, and rigorous infection control while collaborating with OR staff to maintain productivity and high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Certified Surgical Technologist with CVOR experience preferred.
• Accurate sterile field setup and instrument tray preparation.
• Precise instrument passing during procedures.
• Adhere to infection control and safety protocols at all times.
• Maintain accurate case carts, instrument counts, and patient identifiers.
• Document case activity, deviations and equipment issues timely.
• Support turnover and setup to meet productivity targets.
• Post-operative instrument decontamination and reprocessing per policy.
• Monitor supply usage; contribute to lean inventory practices.
• Demonstrate willingness to learn; participate in ongoing skills development.
• Collaborate with OR team and cross-functional groups for workflow visibility.
• Strong communication; report patient or equipment concerns to leadership.
• Growth-oriented, results-driven with measurable KPIs.
• Contract role with on-site location; adherence to contract terms.

Responsibilities
