Apex Home Health, Hospice & Home Care in Wisconsin seeks a Pedorthist to deliver comprehensive patient care based on physician prescriptions. You will assess patients and develop tailored treatment plans, and collaborate with the care team to optimize outcomes.

You will fit, fabricate, adjust, or modify footwear and pedorthic devices to address foot and lower limb issues, demonstrating professionalism and expertise in patient needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Certification as a Certified Pedorthist through ABC or BOC.
• At least one year of direct client care experience preferred.
• Valid Class D driver’s license with a good driving record.
