Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Integrate Jean Watson’s Theory of Caring into clinical instruction and student practice.
• Incorporate QSEN competencies throughout clinical teaching.
• Apply the nursing process across student learning experiences and supervise clinical rotations.
• Evaluate student performance and provide coaching/remediation as needed.
• Participate in audits, curriculum development, and quality improvement efforts.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to teach evidence-based nursing practices.
