Job summary

Temple Health is seeking an RN-Staff/Clinical Nurse for Pediatrics at the Temple Faculty Practice. The role provides professional nursing care in a pediatric outpatient primary care setting, conducting assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation under supervision of a licensed physician or clinician.

Candidates should be graduates of an accredited nursing program, with PA RN license and BLS. One year of outpatient pediatrics and EPIC EMR experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (required)
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 1 year experience in clinical specialty preferred
• General outpatient/ambulatory experience preferred
• Experience with EPIC EMR preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care including assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation under physician supervision.
• Contribute to a safe, therapeutic environment focused on patient privacy, comfort, and emotional state.
• Care for pediatric patients in a primary care outpatient setting with attention to age, race, gender, and culture.
