Job description

We are seeking a Pediatrician to primarily care for patients within Dignity Health Medical Group’s Pediatric practice, covering outpatient and inpatient newborn settings.

Responsibilities include:

1. Education and clinical oversight of learners in general clinic, continuity clinic, and newborn nursery.
2. Care of patients, teaching and supervising learners, conducting assessments, providing feedback and evaluations.
3. Oversight of education, quality improvement activities, and clinic performance metrics.
4. Maintaining an educational environment for medical students and residents aligned with LCME and ACGME competencies.
5. Overseeing, preparing, and presenting ambulatory didactic curriculum.
6. Supporting administrative, strategic, and operational planning in collaboration with residency and clinical leadership.
7. Serving as Mentor and Faculty Advisor.
8. Participating in clinical, quality, administrative, and medical education committees.
9. Supporting residency program curricula as Core Faculty and Advisor.
10. Collaborating on community health and advocacy training initiatives.

Qualifications:

• MD or DO Degree.
