1. Start date or shifts: ASAP - Ongoing
2. Daily schedule: Clinic open 7 days/week, 9:30am - 5:30pm. Provider needed 5 days/week (including 1 weekend day)
3. Practice setting: Outpatient Primary Care
4. Types of cases: Well-Child Visits, Preventive Care, Newborn Care, Growth Monitoring, Immunizations, Developmental Screenings, Vision & Hearing Screenings, Respiratory Infections, Flu, Strep Throat, RSV, Pneumonia, Asthma, Ear Infections, Allergic Rhinitis, Gastroenteritis, Constipation, Rashes, Impetigo, Warts, Insect Bites, and other common pediatric conditions
5. Number of cases: 25 patients per day
6. Ages: Newborn - 22 years old
7. Additional information: Mandarin or Cantonese-speaking provider required. Located near NYC. Supervision of APP may be required. EMR: MDLand. 30-45 day credentialing process.
