• Comfortable taking residency patients and attending high-risk C-sections.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outpatient clinic visits and inpatient call/nursery rounding on newborns.
• Manage a patient volume of 15-20 patients per day in the clinic.

Reason For Coverage:

One provider left and another on maternity leave

Start:

May - ongoing. Need full-time but consider 2 or more weeks/month

Shift & Call Details:

Mon-Fri, 8a-5p, 1 to 2 weeks of call per month

Credentialing Timeframe:

30 days (offer temps)

Job Details:

• Setting: Outpatient clinic visits & Inpatient call/nursery rounding on newborns
• Patient Volume: Clinic 15-20 patients per day. Hospital daily avg Acute: 31.8, total 50. Total deliveries 481
• Will only have to attend high risk C-sections.
• EMR: Inpatient Athena, Outpatient Cerner
• Must have ACLS, BLS, PALS, NRP, and be Board Certified in Pediatrics. Must be comfortable taking residency patients.
• All travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance are covered.
