Carolina Health Centers, Inc., a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), is comprised of several medical sites providing primary care for insured, under-insured, and uninsured patients. We offer an income-based sliding fee scale to ensure healthcare is accessible regardless of financial situation.

The staff physician position aims to establish a comprehensive, community-based, family-centered primary care program designed to:

1. Improve access to a wide range of high-quality primary care services
2. Enhance health outcomes through an integrated delivery model emphasizing prevention, health maintenance, education, and evidence-based chronic disease management
