Job description

We are currently looking for a Part-time BC/BE pediatrician to join our primary care practice in Arlington, Virginia (Ballston Metro stop).

1. Our well-established and respected pediatric group is composed of 2 board-certified pediatricians, a physician assistant, and a dedicated support staff.
2. We have a 20-year history of serving families in Arlington.
3. We are hiring to accommodate community growth and demand.
4. The position is part-time, 2-3 days per week, with no weekends initially; this may increase to 4 days as the schedule grows.
5. Our practice is exclusively outpatient — no inpatient coverage or newborn rounding.
6. Typical volume is 20 patients per day, focusing on quality encounters and outcomes with our patients and families.
7. We serve a broad spectrum of patients and strive to maintain a safe and respectful environment for all.
