Job summary

Lone Star Circle of Care is seeking a Medical Assistant to work on site in Texas. The role involves interviewing patients, recording histories and vital signs, and supporting clinical workflows. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Medical Assistant program completion.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Certification from a recognized MA body preferred.

Responsibilities

• Obtain and document patient history and vital signs accurately.
• Maintain examination and treatment rooms; sterilize instruments and stock supplies.
• Perform routine diagnostic tests and laboratory procedures.
• Administer medications as ordered by licensed staff; explain procedures to patients.
