Job summary

Position offers sign-on eligibility and a pay range of $21.85 to $32.80 per hour. Requires HS Diploma or GED, completion of a MA program, and BLS within 45 days.

Qualifications

• GED or HS Equivalency Diploma.
• Completion of an accredited or approved Medical Assistant program.
• BLS certification within 45 days unless exempted by leadership.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and room patient for exam; obtain vital signs and document health information.
• Perform clinical procedures and lab tests per protocols and infection control guidelines.
• Administer routine medications under physician/APP orders or standing protocols.
• Assist physician/APP with procedures and coordinate patient care and referrals.
• Communicate with the health care team to ensure smooth clinic flow and accurate patient information.
