Job summary

Trinity Health is seeking a Medical Assistant for our Pediatrics outpatient practice in Massachusetts. You will prepare patients for visits, escort to treatment rooms, and help keep accurate records.

Responsibilities include taking patient history, vital signs, processing lab results, coordinating patient flow, and supporting front desk staff with calls and scheduling. This role supports a fast-paced pediatric team and offers day shift full-time hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of six (6) months of related work experience.
• Associate’s Degree in Medical Assistance preferred; National MA certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepares exam and treatment rooms and patients for examinations.
• Obtains patient history and vital signs; documents in medical records.
• Processes and files lab results and clinical notes after physician review.
• Coordinates patient flow with office staff to ensure timely visits.
• Assists front desk by answering calls and scheduling appointments.
