Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent (Required).
• 1 year of relevant experience in a physician practice or healthcare setting (Preferred).
• AHA or ARC Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification must be obtained within 120 days.

Responsibilities

• Room patients and prepare charts ahead of visits to close care gaps.
• Answer phones and monitor patient messages as part of daily operations.
• Assist with point of care testing and administer medications and immunizations.
• Prepare exam rooms and maintain efficient patient flow during clinic days.
• Support clinical procedures and manage inbasket tasks, refill requests, and prior authorizations.
