Job summary

Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Pediatric LPN for a part-time contract in Jacksonville, FL. The LPN/LVN will work under supervision and provide clinical support to the nursing team.

The role requires an active Florida LPN/LVN license, pediatric experience, PALS, CPR if applicable, TB/health screening as required, and compliance with all federal, state and local rules. Pay is $32/hour with benefits and weekly paychecks.

Qualifications

• Active LPN/LVN license in Florida.
• Pediatric clinical experience within the last three years preferred.
• Current PALS certification.
• CPR certification if applicable.
• TB screening or chest X-ray as required.
• Health certificate per contract/state regulations.
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care under RN/Physician supervision.
• Assist with patient assessments and treatments.
• Support multidisciplinary team in pediatric care.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory standards.

Pay: $32 / Hour

Hours: 16.00

Location: Jacksonville, FL

The LPN / LVN Pediatric Nurse functions under thesupervision and guidance of the RN/Nursing Supervisor or Physician andparticipates in the multi-disciplinary process of providing care and treatmentto patients and provides clinical support and technical assistance to theprofessional medical and other staff.The LPN is responsible for functioning within the scope of practicedictated by the respective Board of Nursing.

Minimum Requirements:

• Current LPN/LVN nursing license within the state ofassignment

• Minimum of one year pediatric clinical experience within thelast three years preferred

• Current PALS Card (per client and / or state requirement)

• Current CPR if applicable

• TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable

• Current Health certificate (per contract or stateregulation)

• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
