Qualifications

• BLS certification required by AHA.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; MA training program preferred.
• Six months experience or completion of an approved Medical Assistant Training Program.

Responsibilities

• Assist with exams and procedures; administer vaccines and medications.
• Perform basic lab testing and routine clinical tasks.
• Coordinate referrals and follow-up care; maintain care plans.
• Document chief complaints, vitals, and patient information; ensure timely visits.
• Support with clerical duties, scheduling, and patient communication.
