Job summary

The Valley Health System is seeking a registered nurse to provide safe, evidence‑based patient care in a high‑volume hospital setting in Nevada. You will lead a healthcare team, ensure adherence to policies, and support service excellence across departments.

The ideal candidate will have an accredited nursing degree, one year of acute care experience, and active Nevada RN licensure with BLS and ACLS/PALS/NRP as required. Pre‑employment assessments may be required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program and completion of a specialty course or equivalent within 6 months of hire.
• BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, competent nursing care for patients in accordance with facility policies, standards, and philosophy.
• Provide professional leadership and support to the healthcare team.
• Oversees and guides employees under supervision; demonstrates Service Excellence at all times.
