Many of our 60+ faculty have specialized training in medical education, point of care ultrasound, global health, advocacy, and research.

The Department of Pediatrics, Division of Pediatric Emergency Medicine at Baylor College of Medicine, in association with the Texas Children's Hospital, is seeking Pediatric Emergency Medicine physicians to provide patient care in the Emergency Centers of Texas Children's Hospital, including the TCH Austin Campus.
Clinical duties for Pediatric Emergency Medicine physicians are to evaluate, diagnose, manage, consult, and treat all patients who seek care in the Texas Children's Emergency Centers for any problem or complaint. Core privileges include performance of high stakes and other procedures commonly performed or needing to be performed urgently or emergently.
Minimum Education: M.D. (or equivalent), Accredited Residency in Pediatrics and/or Emergency Medicine, and Fellowship in Pediatric Emergency Medicine. Candidate must be Board Eligible or Board Certified by the American Board of Pediatrics, or American Board of Emergency Medicine.
Minimum Certification/Licenses/Registration: Licensed by the Texas Medical Board.
