Job description

We're seeking a passionate and driven individual to join our team as a Contingent Pediatrician who is eager to make a meaningful impact on the health of our community!

Opportunity Details

  • Schedule: Flexible, at least 4 days a month

Requirements

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible Pediatric Nurse Practitioner or Pediatrician.
  • Comprehensive understanding of pediatric diseases, epidemiology, and standard infant examination procedures.
  • Demonstrated patience and compassion, with the ability to build and maintain long-term trust with children and their families.
  • Excellent clinical competencies paired with strong interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to collaborate and thrive within a team-oriented environment.
  • Skilled in multitasking and adaptable to changing priorities; committed to delivering exceptional customer service with strong time management, organizational abilities, attention to detail, and professionalism.

Duties & Responsibilities

A typical day may include:

  • Provides care across 10 pediatric office locations on a rotating schedule.
  • Delivers comprehensive pediatric services, including preventive care and management of chronic and acute conditions, based on the needs of each office, as coordinated by the contingent provider coordinator with schedules set two months in advance.
