Job summary

UT Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas seeks a Clinical Research Coordinator II to coordinate translational research projects within the Center for Inborn Errors of Immunity. You’ll recruit and enroll participants, manage data, ensure IRB compliance, and support regulatory submissions in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.

Responsibilities include coordinating visits, sample handling, and CRF development, with proficiency in REDCap, Epic, and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in medical or science field.
• 2 years clinical research experience. Additional years or advanced degree may substitute.
• ACRP or SOCRA certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Interacts with clinical research participants in person, by phone, or telehealth.
• Coordinates and maintains regulatory documentation per FDA, IRB, and University policies.
• Schedules procedures and coordinates study-related activities under PI supervision.
• Screens, recruits, enrolls, and follows subjects per protocol guidelines; assists with consent.
• Manages data collection tools and case report forms for studies; supports data entry.
• Supports development of study protocols and training; assists with fiscal aspects of trials.
• Monitors patient safety and ensures proper reporting per HRPP standards; performs related duties.
