Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a part-time RN/APRN to assess, diagnose and manage patient care within the pediatrics cardiology department. You will work as part of an interdisciplinary team, perform and interpret diagnostic studies, and contribute to evidence-based care for pediatric patients.

The role requires active RN and APRN licenses, national board certification, and BLS/ACLS training. Weekend and holiday PRN shifts are required, with time-based compensation and a supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• Active RN license and APRN license in state(s) of practice.
• Active national board certification in area of clinical practice.
• BLS and/or ACLS, PALS, NRP as required by practice.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose and manage treatment plans for patients across ages.
• Order, perform and interpret diagnostic studies and therapies.
• Coordinate care with physicians and health-team members.
