Education, Licensure & Certification:

• Successful completion of an Accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Program
• Physician Assistants must have passed the NCCPA certification exam
• Nurse practitioners must be board certified
• Nurse Practitioners must be certified by the ANCC or PNCB
• Current, Unrestricted DEA Licensed or the ability to obtain in the state of CA
• Meets all requirements to obtain medical staff memvership and priviledges as required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) is required

The base compensation for this position in CA ranges from $130,000 to $146,000This range reflects base salary only and does not include any bonuses, benefits, or additional incentives. It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range.
