Coastal Kids Downtown Bakersfield is seeking a full-time APP to join our pediatric team. You will work alongside compassionate pediatricians and other APPs, providing high-quality care to Bakersfield families.

The role uses eClinical Works EMR with minimal call requirements and offers PRN shift opportunities. Base compensation is competitive at $85 per hour, with comprehensive benefits and licensure support.

Competenze

• Successful completion of an Accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Program.
• Physician Assistants must have passed the NCCPA certification exam.
• Nurse practitioners must be board certified.
• Nurse Practitioners must be certified by the ANCC or PNCB.
• Current, Unrestricted DEA License or ability to obtain in the state of CA.
• Meets all requirements to obtain medical staff membership and privileges as required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) is required.

Mansioni

• Provide pediatric care as part of a team with pediatricians and APPs.
• Manage patient visits using EMR (eClinical Works).
• Pick up PRN shifts when it works for you with minimal call.

Education, Licensure & Certification:

The base compensation for this position is $85 per hour. This range reflects base salary only and does not include any bonuses, benefits, or additional incentives. It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range. Offers are based on several factors including but not limited to the candidate’s education, work experience, and certifications, all of which are dependent on the requirements of the specific role.
