Adventist Health Sonora is seeking a full-time, board-certified or board-eligible Pediatrician to join our busy rural practice in Tuolumne and Calaveras Counties. The position is employed through Adventist Health Medical Group and offers a turnkey clinic with referrals and patients in place.

The physician will provide outpatient care, share hospital call coverage for the Emergency Department and Labor & Delivery including the newborn nursery, and collaborate with a small team of two

Qualifications

  • BC/BE pediatrician with CA license eligibility.
  • CA medical license or eligibility with hospital credentialing.
  • Join two pediatricians and a nurse practitioner in an established clinic.

Responsibilities

  • Provide outpatient pediatric care in a rural clinic.
  • Take ED and Labor & Delivery call, including newborn nursery.
  • Collaborate with AHMG team and hospital staff.

Job description

Adventist Health Sonora is actively seeking a full-time, mission-minded Pediatrician to join our busy rural practice. This opening is due to a retirement and the incoming physician will step into an established, busy turnkey practice with referrals and patients already in place.

This physician will work in a hospital-owned and operated outpatient clinic serving rural

Tuolumne and Calaveras Counties. This position also requires the physician to take call for the Emergency Department and Labor and Delivery, including the newborn nursery. The incoming physician will join our existing team of two pediatricians and a nurse practitioner in an established outpatient clinic affiliated with our 72-bed hospital.

Wage Scale: $250,000-$387,020/year

*Total compensation may vary based on additional services, including call coverage, administrative services, performance bonus, etc. Compensation may also vary based on productivity after initial guarantee period.
