Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive physical assessments of pediatric patients.
• Order tests and imaging to inform patient condition.
• Diagnose and treat diseases; refer to specialists when needed.
• Prescribe medications and therapies for treatment and prevention.
• Instruct patients and families on procedures, home care, and follow-up.
• Direct health care staff during treatment of patients.
• Record patient data in electronic medical records.
• Report required information to governmental authorities as needed.
