Garden City Pediatrics Associates in Garden City, NY, is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Pediatrician to join an established outpatient practice within Allied Physicians Group. The role features a four-day workweek, one weekday night call, and one weekend rotation per month, with no hospital rounds.

Offering $200,000–$230,000 annually plus benefits, this full-time opportunity supports work-life balance with flexibility for part-time schedules and a robust, collaborative team.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree required and board eligibility/certification in pediatrics.
• Active New York State medical license or ability to obtain one.
• Current DEA registration and PALS certification.
• Strong clinical judgment and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to build long-term patient relationships with families.
• Comfort with outpatient pediatric care and team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient care for infants, children, and adolescents.
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic pediatric conditions.
• Perform well-child visits and preventive care services.
• Counsel families on child development, preventive health, nutrition, and wellness.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve excellent patient outcomes.
• Utilize athenaOne EMR for efficient clinical documentation.
