Beach Pediatrics in Oceanside, NY is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Pediatrician for a part-time position (20 hours/week). This outpatient role focuses on infants to adolescents, with no hospital rounds, offering flexible weekend coverage and a physician-led organization.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree required.
• Active New York State Medical License or ability to obtain.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics.
• Current DEA Registration.
• PALS certification is preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient care for infants, children, and adolescents.
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic pediatric conditions.
• Perform well and sick child visits and preventive care services.
• Guide families on development, wellness, nutrition, and long-term health.
• Collaborate with an experienced, multidisciplinary care team.
• Document efficiently in the athenaOne EMR.
