Job summary

Morlen Health is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Pediatrician to join the Longview/Kelso Medical Office in Longview, Washington. The physician will build and manage a pediatric patient panel while delivering high-quality, coordinated ambulatory care within a physician-led, value-based medical group.

The role includes newborn rounding one morning per week and one weekend per month at Legacy Salmon Creek Hospital in Vancouver, Washington.

Job Description

Morlen Health is currently seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Pediatrician to join the dedicated care team at the Longview/Kelso Medical Office in Longview, Washington. This is an opportunity to build and manage a pediatric patient panel while delivering high-quality, coordinated ambulatory care within a physician-led, value-based medical group.

In this role, the physician will join a collaborative team of two experienced Pediatricians and have access to robust onsite support, including Mental Health Counselors, Optometrists, and a dedicated Lactation team. The clinic also offers the convenience of an in-house Pharmacy, imaging services, and a full-service lab ensuring seamless, integrated care for patients.

This position also includes newborn rounding responsibilities one morning per week and one weekend per month at Legacy Salmon Creek Hospital in Vancouver, Washington. Please note that this role does not include attending deliveries.

Your Total Rewards:

The annual salary for this position is$253,440-$285,750 .Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as an applicant’s skills and qualifications, education and certifications, training, relevant clinical experience, market data, geographic location, internal equity, FTE, and other job-related factors.

• Base salary range: $236,970-$269,280
