Position Overview

Zarminali Pediatrics is seeking compassionate and dedicated advanced practice clinicians to join our foundational team in Sartell, Minnesota. You will play a vital role in promoting the overall health of the pediatric population and fostering a supportive environment for our patients, families, and our community that will help shape healthy futures.

What You’ll Do
  • Patient Care: Delivering exceptional care by diagnosing, treating, and creating personalized care plans tailored to each child's needs, while being responsive to acute concerns.
  • Growth, Development & Preventative Health: Monitoring children's physical and emotional milestones, offering early intervention and educating families on preventive care for healthy growth and development.
  • Patient & Family Education: Supporting families throughout the full spectrum of the pediatric lifecycle, providing guidance and compassionate care from infancy through adolescence, fostering healthy development, and empowering families with the knowledge they need at each stage.
  • Documentation: Maintaining accurate and up to date patient records, adhering to best practice in documentation and healthcare regulations.
  • Collaboration: Work alongside pediatricians, support team members and other healthcare professionals to deliver coordinated and comprehensive care.

What You Need
  • Master’s degree in nursing or a related field, as well as a certification as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
  • Current and unrestricted license to practice in Minnesota
  • Current and unrestricted Minnesota DEA license
  • Comfortable working in a collaborative, non-hierarchical, team-based environment
  • Empathy towards patients, families and caregivers
  • At least 2 years of experience working in an pediatric setting
  • BLS/ACLS Certification
