Job summary

MEP Health in California is seeking a pediatrician to join a collaborative outpatient team in a well-supported clinic setting. The role involves delivering full-scope pediatric care, including well visits and urgent care, with about 32 hours per week and flexibility for half days.

Clinicians will engage via in-person, phone, or video visits and collaborate with subspecialists and clinic staff. Weekend/holiday urgent care shifts are required, supporting a physician-led, growth-oriented

Responsibilities

• Provide full-scope outpatient pediatric care including well visits and urgent care.
• Manage secure messages and telemedicine (phone/video) as part of patient care.
• Participate in weekend and holiday pediatric urgent care shifts (approx. 7 days/year).
• Collaborate with pediatric subspecialists and embedded clinic staff.
• Deliver care through in-person, phone, and video visits.
