Job summary

ETS Pediatric is seeking a Pediatrician for a 100% outpatient position in Salisbury, Maryland. This physician-owned practice offers a flexible four-day work week with both full-time and part-time options. Compensation includes a guaranteed salary ranging from $150,000 to $180,000+ based on experience, along with productivity bonuses and comprehensive benefits such as medical, dental, vision insurance, and a retirement plan. Candidates must have an MD or DO and complete pediatric residency.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) required.
• Must complete Pediatric Residency and be Board Certified/Eligible.
• Cannot sponsor visas.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive pediatric care in an outpatient setting.
• Work with support staff including other physicians and NPs.
• Participate in the REACH program for mental health services.
