Job summary

ProMedica Physicians Group (PPG) in Monroe, MI, is seeking a Pediatrician to join our pediatric clinic. We are committed to excellence, compassion, and delivering care that makes a lasting difference.

You will provide high-quality pediatric care, see roughly 25 patients per day, and follow a Monday–Friday schedule with rotating weekend and holiday coverage. Newborn nursery calls are expected 8–10 weeks per year.

Qualifications

• MD/DO from an accredited medical school.
• Valid, unrestricted medical license to practice in the relevant state.
• Board certification or eligibility in pediatrics.
• AHA certifications (e.g., BLS, ACLS, PALS) as applicable.
• Commitment to ongoing CME and professional development.

Responsibilities

• Provide pediatric care for patients in Monroe, MI at ProMedica Physicians Group.
• Manage patient volume of about 25 patients per day.
• Schedule Monday through Friday with rotating weekend and holiday coverage.
• Participate in newborn nursery calls (8–10 weeks per year).

Requirements

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) from an accredited institution in the applicable specialty.
• Valid and unrestricted medical license to practice in the state(s) where care is provided.
• Board certified or board eligible in the relevant specialty.
• Current American Heart Association (AHA) certification(s) applicable to your role (e.g., BLS, ACLS, PALS, etc.).
• Commitment to ongoing continuing medical education (CME) and professional development.
