Qualifications

• MD or DO required.
• Completion of an ACGME-accredited Pediatrics residency, or Board Eligible/Board Certified in Pediatrics.
• Active California medical license or license eligible.
• Fluency in Spanish and English; direct provider-to-patient communication essential.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• See 20–22 patients per day in an outpatient setting.
• Maintain a weekday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule with no nights or weekends.
• Provide high-quality primary pediatric care in an outpatient clinic.

• Open to residents finishing training. If you complete your pediatrics residency in 2026 or 2027, you are eligible to apply now.

$130 – $140 per hour (approx. $270,000 – $291,000 annually at full-time)
