Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide traditional outpatient pediatric care for patients from newborn to 21 years old.
• Participate in a 1:2 call schedule with after-hours support.
• Collaborate with leadership, staff, and pediatric subspecialists within the system.
• Engage with Saint Peter's pediatric residency program to enhance community-based training.

Requirements

• A Medical degree and the successful completion of an ACGME or AOA residency in Pediatrics
• MD or DO licensed in the State of New Jersey
• Board-Certified or eligible in Pediatrics
• BLS certification required, as approved by the American Heart Association
• Must qualify for Saint Peter's University Hospital Liability insurance
• A caring and compassionate nature when working with children and their families

Full-time compensation at Saint Peter’s Healthcare System ranges from 175,000 - 750,000 USD, which is impacted by various factors, including but not limited to physician specialty, years of experience, academic and administrative appointment, and pre-established metrics on productivity/patient engagement/quality.
