Now Hiring: Pediatrician – Outpatient Pediatric Early Intervention Clinic

Location: Baldwin, New York

Job Type: Full Time

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Compensation: $220,000.00 - $250,000 per year + benefits

We’re seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Pediatrician who is committed to clinical excellence, patient-centered care, and making a difference in the lives of families across New York.

Job Duties:

1. Provide comprehensive primary care for infants, children, and adolescents, including preventive care, well-child visits, and immunizations.
2. Diagnose and manage acute and chronic illnesses such as asthma, ADHD, infections, and developmental concerns.
3. Educate and counsel patients and families on growth milestones, nutrition, behavioral health, and preventive care.
4. Coordinate with specialists, social workers, and care managers to support holistic patient outcomes.
5. Maintain accurate documentation in the EMR system and ensure timely communication with patients and families.
6. Participate in quality improvement initiatives, continuing education, and peer collaboration.
7. Support and mentor medical students or residents if applicable.
8. Optional: Participate in hospital newborn rounds or pediatric inpatient care (if hybrid or hospital-based).

Minimum Qualifications:

• Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
• Completion of an ACGME-accredited Pediatric Residency Program
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics
• Licensed or eligible for medical licensure in the State of New York
• Current BLS and PALS certifications
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
