Job summary

HOPE Clinic is seeking a Pediatric Weight Management Coordinator to implement and maintain the HWC Program, coordinating care for pediatric patients and families across onsite and offsite appointments.

You will support education sessions, data management, and program evaluation under the supervision of the Grants Manager & Program Advisor, while collaborating with community partners and HOPE Clinic staff.

Qualifications

• Public health program development or evaluation writing experience preferred.
• Experience in data management using Excel, Access, or similar tools.
• Knowledge of public health concepts and nutrition/exercise program objectives preferred.
• Ability to work with diverse cultural groups and communicate effectively.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint; internet use required; HIPAA knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and implement the Healthy Weight Clinic program; work with Grants Manager and Program Advisor.
• Organize onsite HOPE Clinic sessions and off-site community events.
• Provide patient follow-ups and support through education sessions and calls.
• Prepare program evaluation reports and maintain community partnerships.
• Support staff morale and protect patient confidentiality.

Education

High school diploma or GED

Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or public health

Current enrollment in healthcare administration/public health/social work

Master's degree preferred

1–2 years healthcare administration or grant writing or project coordination
