Impact to Health in Southborough, MA is seeking a compassionate Pediatric Ventilator Respiratory Therapist. You will support ALS and pediatric patients relying on ventilator therapy, building trust with patients and families, and ensuring safe, comfortable care.

You will educate caregivers, manage ventilator settings, and document every step to ensure high‑quality outcomes. On‑call duties and ongoing licensure maintenance are expected components of this role.

Qualifications

• Strong communication with patients, families and clinical teams.
• Experience with pediatric and ALS ventilation is required.
• Licensure in the home state must be current.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for pediatric ventilator patients and caregivers with clear communication.
• Conduct patient assessments considering medical needs and family dynamics.
• Provide education on ventilator use, safety, and troubleshooting to families.
• Setup, monitor, and adjust pediatric ventilation equipment for comfort and safety.
• Maintain thorough documentation to support continuity of care.
• participate in on‑call coverage and respond to after‑hours concerns.
