Job summary

Qualifications

• BSN degree or enrollment in BSN program.
• Proficient in IV insertion and PICC line procedures.
• National certification preferred within 5 years of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based vascular access care for pediatric patients including IV access and PICC line management.
• Educate patients and families on vascular access procedures and care.
• Collaborate with nurses, physicians and staff; document in EHR.
• Follow hospital policies to ensure safe, high-quality care and reduce errors.
