Qualifications

• Active Florida RN license or multi-state license in good standing.
• CPR BLS certification required.
• PALS certification within 3 months of employment.
• Proficient in IV insertion and placement.

Responsibilities

• Provide vascular access nursing care including IV and PICC line insertion, monitoring, and dressing changes.
• Communicate patient progress and IV therapy issues with physicians and care teams.
• Educate patients and families on vascular access procedures and document teaching in the EHR.
• Perform reassessments and ensure safety, infection prevention, and quality care.
