Job summary

Washington University in St. Louis seeks a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner to join the Pediatric Urologic Surgery team serving SLCH and CSCC West. The role offers four 10-hour shifts, no call, and a strong support network for specialized pediatric care.

Required MSN and APN licensure in IL/MO with BLS. Experience in pediatrics or urology preferred; clinic-based, on-site work in St. Louis, MO. Competitive compensation and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• MSN required for Nurse Practitioner licensure.
• APN licensure in IL and MO or eligible for licensure in both states.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) required by certifying bodies.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct pediatric outpatient care in collaboration with physicians and APPs.
• Manage health conditions with prescriptive authority per state regulations.
• Maintain accurate medical records and participate in QI initiatives.
• Educate patients and families on preventive care and treatment options.
• Support clinical research activities and adhere to safety standards.
